The CARE Center: Empowering the HIV Community for 40 Years!
At St. Mary Medical Center Long Beach, the CARE Center embodies its name, providing essential and comprehensive support for the HIV community throughout Los Angeles County. As a non-profit, hospital-based program, we address both the medical and social needs of those living with and impacted by HIV.
Funded by federal, state, county grants, and generous private donations, CARE delivers a full spectrum of services. From initial diagnosis support and education to long-term survivor care, we offer a continuum of compassion and expertise.
