Judy Phan is the Chief Operating Officer of Argus Medical Management, a physician practice management company that services physicians and their patients in the greater Long Beach area. Judy is a proud mom of four and her oldest daughter is a college graduate currently on active duty in the U.S. Navy. She has lived in Southern California for almost 50 years and currently lives in Orange County with her two youngest children. She balances the demands of a career and family with a healthy dose of travel, creative writing and red wine.
