Evan Braude

Braude is a retired attorney and government consultant at the Law Offices of Evan Anderson Braude. Braude has a life-long history of public service, beginning as Assistant Secretary to the Secretary to the California State Senate at the young age of 15, and then, at age 22, serving as an aide to the Congressman Glenn M. Anderson. While earning his law degree at Loyola University, Braude worked for the U.S Justice Department and the U.S Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles. After passing the Bar and serving as a Legal Assistance Officer for the Navy, Braude became a Deputy City Attorney in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Braude was an attorney and legislative advisor for the U.S Department of Transportation in Washington D.C from 1977 until 1980, when he returned to Long Beach to open his own law office. Born and raised in Los Angeles County, Braude lives in Long Beach and is active in numerous civic organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, the Long Beach Children’s Museum, the Glenn and Lee Anderson Foundation and the United Way. Evan is committed to making the region better for his son Jayson and the entire community.
